We want you to love your sustainable basics, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the protective seal remains intact.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original biodegradable packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure our team can identify your order.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
